Ingredients to make eggless cake Without Oven

• Parle G biscuits 4 packet
• Hide & seek biscuit 2 packet
• Sugar 1 cup
• Milk  1 n 1/2 cup little warm
• fruit salt (Eno) / bakirng soda half teaspoon
• Dry fruits like almonds,cashewnuts,raisins etc
• Dark chocolate
• Milk - 2 cup

Recipe to make eggless cake without oven

1. Take both biscuits Parle G and Hide & seek and sugar ,  pour into the grinder jar make the mixture like powder
2. Take bowl pour the mixture then add warm milk and mix and try to avoid clumps mix very and make smooth batter and remember batter should not be more thick and take dark chocolate cut them into small pieces.
3. After making smooth batter keep it side for while then take steamer / pressure cook pour 2 glass of water and turn it to boiled and grease the beaker with butter .
4. Now take mixture add fruit salt mix it well then pour this batter into the Grease beaker, garnish with dry fruits and pieces of dark chocolate.
5. Put the beaker into steamer cover it with lid and cook it for 15 - 18 minutes.
6. Take it out cake on serving palte, serve either hot cake or some time later.
